Hershey’s Park Spring Stroller Parade March 2009

What better way to celebrate early spring, than to join Hershey’s Springtime Stroller Parade in Hershey’s Park, America’s number one theme park in Northeastern America. Stroller Parade opens Hershey’s Park every spring, a pay-as-summer weekend preview. If you have children of four or under, dress up your stroller and you may win a prize!

Hershey’s Amusement Park

Hershey’s Amusement Park has more than 60 rides including roller coasters, water rides, and kiddy rides for community entertainment. There is a Strolling Band and you can take your picture with the Hershey product characters.

The Hershey Park Arena, which houses about 26,000 people, hosts many events, including: Disney on Ice. Hershey Park Stadium has 30,000, and Star Pavilion accommodates smaller concerts and events.

There is never a dull moment at Hershey Park. The 11 hectare zoo has more than 200 animals on display. There is a Hershey Museum and many shops selling Hershey Chocolate, Hershey T-shirts, souvenirs and glassware.

Take a tour of the Hershey World of Chocolate and find out how Hershey makes all of their delicious candy and chocolate. You can enjoy the jungle view as you walk down the stairs to the rotating base. Hop on a sightseeing car where Hershey’s tour guide will provide walking commentary as you travel through Hershey’s World of Chocolate. You will learn how cocoa beans are picked, how Hershey’s chocolate is produced and packaged. At the end of the tour, you will be given a free Hershey’s Chocolate bar.

Hershey’s Park is definitely not to be missed when visiting Northeastern America.
