Knott's Berry Farm ("Knott's") and its parent company Cedar Fair L.P. maintain the KNOTTS.COM, KNOTTSHOTEL.COM, KNOTTSCHAPEL.COM, HALLOWEENHAUNT.COM, SOAKCITYUSA.COM, and CFMARKETPLACES.COM Web Sites ("Sites") for your personal entertainment, information, education, and communication. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by Knott's Berry Farm.
